The degree of success is dependent on one’s hard work, commitment, perseverance, and consistency over a period of time. The initial craving of certain students fades away due to pressures and distractions created by their surroundings or unwillingness to work hard.

It is indeed the wrong idea!! Just with a simple computer setup, one could also build lots of business. The world has shrunk because of internet and getting connected to bussiness is far more easer than before. Owning a studio is a symbol of accomplishment and luxury. With lots of studios available on the market, one could probably get the specific job done in a studio and the remaining post-production could be done at their respective homes.

The outstanding music director has effective communication with the crew members, has a great power of association with fellow members, incredible leadership qualities in extracting the task, clear understanding and communication skills, with a meagre or exceptional amount of musical knowledge, with or without singing or instrumental playing knowledge. The most important characteristic of a successful music director is one who could resonate with people’s mindsets and deliver their needs. That said, a music director need not be a prodigious or professional musician.
On the other hand, a musician is someone with inborn talents or with acquired talents, may work for a music director or aim to become one with the above-mentioned qualities. To become a prowess musician, one has to give up their entire life.
